Getting Started

It only takes 5 minutes to get your credentials

To use the API, you will need to already have an account on Riminder .

Not yet a customer?

Our free plan provides all Riminder features to help you get started.

After creating your account our system will automatically generate for you a :

  • Client Id
  • Client Secret Key (you have to Keep it safe.)

API SECRET KEY

If you believe your API key has been compromised, please contact us.

Using the API with our packages

We developed wrappers for many languages to make it easy for you to use the API. There are currently 3 languages supported :

  • Javascript/Node
  • PHP
  • Python
  • C#
  • Java
  • Ruby

To start with one of this languages, see the corresponding paragraph below.

If you want to use the API with another languages, we also included cURL example to show how the request should be sent.

Javascript

To use the API with Javascript in the Node environment, you need npm which is a dependency manager. Then, create a project with npm.

Installing the Riminder package is as simple as writing this in the terminal :
npm install --save riminder

Note: The riminder package is compatible with TypeScript.

Python

To use the API with python, you need pip which is a dependency manager.
Installing the Riminder package is as simple as writing this in the terminal :
python3 -m pip install riminder or pip3 install riminder
for python3 users and
python -m pip install riminder or pip install riminder
for python2 users.

PHP

To use the API with php, you need composer which is a dependency manager.
Installing the Riminder package is as simple as writing this in the terminal :
composer require riminder/riminder-php-api

C-sharp

Installing the Riminder package in C-sharp is as simple as writing this in the terminal :
dotnet add package riminder

Java

To use the API with Java, you need maven.
Installing the Riminder package is as simple as adding the following lines in the dependency section of the pom.xml file:

Ruby

To use the API with ruby, you need gem which is a dependency manager.
Installing the Riminder package is as simple as writing this in the terminal :
gem install Riminder

GO

To use the API with go, you need to install the language and its tools.
Installing the Riminder package is as simple as writing this in the terminal :
go get -u github.com/Riminder/go-riminder-api

You can now start to use the API.
